I had the pleasure of attending an appointment with my significant other last week at which time he had the stem cells extracted and two separate shoulder injections.
I had the pleasure of observing Dr. Karli and his assistant Moriah. I was absolutely impressed with how they worked in perfection with each other. Moriah was so well prepared for the procedure at hand and knew exactly what Dr. Karli needed next. Their sterile technique was impeccable as well as maintaining the sterile field at all times. They were both so incredibly efficient, informative, and professional. At NO time was I ever concerned with any part of the procedure and or ever concerned about an impending infection.

I flew from Hawaii to Miami to have stem cell treatments in both knees. Dr. Karli came highly recommended by a trusted source. I have seen Dr Karli since 2015. Over the past nine years, he treated both shoulders (BMC), my right elbow (PRP), my left hip BMC and PrP and my Lumbar L-5-S1 with BMC and PrP. I fly to see him. I flew to Vail, CO in 2018 to see Dr Karli and get stem cells for the first time in my worn out left knee. I’ve had two ACL replacements and A tibial plateau fracture with a plate and 12 screws. After the second ACL injury, my sports ortho removed all the hardware and inserted a new ACL. Needless to say I was still having pain so I saw Dr. Karli. Happy to say he used my own stem cells. Im 60 yrs old, super active, play on 3 tennis leagues and have snow skied 4x this year and I’m not willing at this stage to have surgery and or slow down.
Im so excited he moved his practice to Miami in 2023. The new facility is so welcoming, so bright and you’re treated like a guest. I know his patients come from all over the world specifically for his care and expertise. I’m back after 5 years of relief. I’ll only see Dr Karli. I learned about how he takes your cells, measures and makes them work the best for me. My own harvested cells have worked so well for 5 years, I’m coming back for a tune up on my knee for another 5 more years!

Dr. Karli and the kind staff got me back on my feet after a running injury to my knee. I flew all the way from Fairbanks, Alaska to see him and I’d do it again. Thankfully I don’t have to, because the treatment was effective—and it’s a long flight. 😉
